Not just a few minutes late!! 😡
Booked to get a train at 10.00, 15 mins away, for a day out with the kids at Legoland. Cab was due at 9.20. Called them at 9.25. Driver said he was running a bit late - “10-15 more minutes”. The automated operator said 25 mins when we called. Surely they would have known this ahead of 9.20? Shocking service. Absolutely useless. Either they don’t use their own drivers or the system is really poor. Won’t be using again. Deleted account and app. App is actually Autocab so probably relies on freelance drivers.
