Angels Cars – Minicabs London

Booked to get a train at 10.00, 15 mins away, for a day out with the kids at Legoland. Cab was due at 9.20. Called them at 9.25. Driver said he was running a bit late - “10-15 more minutes”. The automated operator said 25 mins when we called. Surely they would have known this ahead of 9.20? Shocking service. Absolutely useless. Either they don’t use their own drivers or the system is really poor. Won’t be using again. Deleted account and app. App is actually Autocab so probably relies on freelance drivers.

Apple pay is not working. Tested with multiple cards.

Good app with user friendly features. Ride times Call numbers. Used it once and great friendly driver. Nice. Will try again

I have booked 15 days earlier the car . I have called on the day to ensure the car was arriving Few minutes before the trip they cancelled the car This cost me the plane . Terrible experience This company was much better in the past but lately shows lack of professionality I have called and they told me we call you back Never received the call back Never again !!!!!!!!

Very unreliable company, book with them if you want to lose your flight

They cancel your cab One hour before it’s time. this happened to me and three of my other friends. when you speak to customer service they tell you that the driver decided not to take the job and hang up on you. Absolutely rubbish service.

They’ve cancelled my booking 30mins before for the airport

Very unreliable. Our cab got cancelled although it was confirmed from the day before. It’s a very cheap service but SO unreliable and they put us through so much stress without giving any alternatives whatsoever.

Don’t use this. The prices even match Uber on non-busy times, and for busy times I’d recommend using Addison Lee which is £5 more expensive but at least are professional. I’ve never spoken to such rude drivers who would scream at you and when you complain to customer service, they’re also rude to you. Unreal and disgusting service. Do not recommend. Plus it’s not as cheap as they say, you pay usually £35 from Heathrow + car park + fees for waiting time so in the end it comes to £45-£50 anyways and Uber is £40. Horrible.
