really quite frustrating, before I was able to use the platform well, but now it's impossible every time I accept a job the job is canceled several times preventing me from working, the diversity of jobs has decreased making you only do 1 per day and they don't pay 15 pounds per hour! leaving you with just £11 an hour! the client has the option of canceling the job for £8 when we who won paid the £25 fee and when the client doesn't show up at home, the clients report it as if you hadn't matched even though you were there and reported that the client wasn't there at home ! you take an absurd trip and are still charged a fee and don't receive your money due to the customer's lack of comparison, even though the platform says you received it, they then say that you weren't there when your location was activated! As someone who works at this company finds it horrible, I will leave it soon.
I had a terrible experience as a handyman with ANGI, they gave me an incorrect location on a job, where I could not reach in time, so I cancelled the job & I have now been charged £25 & wasted 2 hours of my time. I thought they would consider the fact their system was faulty & gave me the wrong town for the job but they have ignored my messages. I would not recommend using this app to anyone.
I saw a job on this app that was paying £8 to build a 7 door wardrobe. Absolutely disgraceful. They charge the client 100-200 per build and then pay the worker at most £45 for 3 hours work. My advice is work on Taskrabbit

I started working a few months ago. This is my part-time job for my main job. I bet one star. And I'll give an explanation for each star. 1) Let's start with the most important thing. The payment that you are charged is 30% of what the client has paid to the company. 2) Just a terrible support service that is not punctual, makes you wait 5 minutes on the line and at the end you are usually asked to write an email. 3) Repeated cases of charging if there was no customer at home or the goods were not delivered then they do not pay the entire amount and hold as I had several times. Example; The order was for £34 and after confirming the completion, I was transferred payment for the order in the amount of £30. That is, you are deceived when paying from a completed order. It is useless to deal with this question, pretend not to understand what the matter is. 4) There is a difference in the cancellation of the order by the client and the cancellation of the order by the employee. If the client cancels an hour before the start or even during work, you will be paid £8 compensation, and if you cancel an hour before the start, you will be deducted £15-25. 5) You will never be allowed to receive a bonus or make a quest because you will not be able to complete all orders. You will simply be picked up by the orders and sent a message that it is the customer himself who cancelled or deleted your order, although in fact all orders are controlled by the company's employees. They can just stupidly cancel your order the moment you fulfil the order. My opinion is that the staff is unqualified and incompetent. I will be glad to change my mind if all these points are corrected and taken into account. In the meantime, I'm leaving 1⭐️
App has crashed again on the 23rd August jobs not loading anymore keep failing and can’t even see my claimed jobs anymore it’s been serious pain for me
It’s worked for a while but not working anymore , it’s annoying
App was working fine and was showing up lots of jobs to claim but suddenly there where no jobs showing in claim option can technical team look into this matter as its causing lot of trouble.
I can't claim jobs snice last monday I'm keep receiving notifications for jobs and they ate available to but not in claim tab please get it sorted ASAP THANKS
