I find the app design very poor and clunky. Not easy to navigate and very difficult to read. The type font is very small and light blue font colour makes some sections impossible to read. For me the most important information is usage and cost of that usage but the usage stats are buried behind too many clicks and the costs either not there or impossible to find. All this makes the ‘smart’ meter a waste of time.

Apple Pay not supported in app, but on your website viewed on safari is.. renders this app useless in my opinion. Does work well for everything else though.

App states it’s undergoing maintenance but this has been for several days. What are you doing?!?!

Can’t get past the registration screen keeps saying connection lost every time click next and have to start again, nothing wrong with WiFi connection everything else works!

Hi Its been more than 6 months, i cant open the app. Spoke to customer care, did process for activation email, however no luck. I still cant view my bills.

Why is there no useage data in terms of cost. As previous reviewer stated- it’s the most useful and recognisable measure. You know the costs. All other utilities can do it - gas, electricity and mobile phones. Not difficult. Yes we can work it out from the data too - but you could do it instantly. Not really sure of its purpose and certainly how useful it actually is without this basic data.

I have to go to the App Store every time I want to use the app, and click ‘open’. I want to look at hourly use for past months to see when the leak I’ve just had fixed first starts but it doesn’t let me. Too many problems with this app that need ironing out.

Downloaded the App and can’t see the most important thing to me - my bills ? When I click for bill it just jumps out the app And takes me to the place on iPhone where you open a new webpage ? This makes the App of very limited use Update - thanks for your reply guys - turns out since the last iOS update it was messing up. It was opening a webpage but not taking me there. I had to go looking for it. All sorted and thank you for taking the time to reply it is much appreciated. The issue was not with your App at all.

I wish the hourly usage was available more quickly (12 hour + delay before it is visible) and for a longer period than 72 hours. The app is handy, but just not quite good enough to realistically help with our water consumption.

Can you, as a normal company, ask for updates on your app and provide an option for automatic payment without the need to type in one’s card details. And, no, we do not want to use PayPal.
