I love the ability to see hourly water consumption.

Still waiting for you to resolve a massive water bill for a single person and two cats, you’ve not responded at all

Impossible to prove that I am not a robot during signing up. It is all the time: Validation Error - There was a problem verifying that you're not a robot, please try again.

What has happened to the hourly usage, shows 02.00 then nothing until 21.00 what about all the hours in between, also daily usage shows for 5/12 now 9/12 and nothing what is happening!!!

Multiple occasions I have had to delete the app and reinstall it as the login screen constantly logs me out. Hourly usage data is unreliable, it either doesn’t show data or looses historical data making comparisons impossible. This makes identifying a leak or establishing if a leak has been fixed impossible. Why invest customers money in upgrading meters to provide hourly reads when as a customer you have no means to utilise that data to manage water usage or identify leaks. Possibly the most pointless app available, and an absolute waste of the customers money as an investment in improved customer service!

I am wondering how the team behind this app thinks & works? Poor ui & even worst: you can delete this app & install new app.

This app is totally useless and for god sake STOP frustrating people. There is nowhere found (or difficult to find if is my fault that I can’t find it) the option to add meter readings. I was paying monthly WHY for god sake WHY you change the settings??? Jesus

When I leave the app to go get my verification code on email and go back to enter it into the app, the page refreshes and goes back to the rest password link. I can’t reset my password!
