Occasionally when you purchase a pouch of gems the payment is taken but no gems credited, there is no means to get this corrected which seems unjust and spoils player retention

I have been playing now for a few years. All was fine until the dreaded Royal Match and Royal Kingdom ads started to appear. They are far too long, pop up far too often and invariably freeze and I have to exit the game, whereby I lose all rewards. I used to find playing this game relaxed me, sadly thanks to the above mentioned ads it has the opposite effect. PLEASE GET RID OF THEM !!!!! The advertising is lost on me as I now detest anything to do with these games and am reluctant to tap on anything where they might appear.

The game has been ruined by money grabbing,,, birds done do the damage,,, mostly the last bird,,, to get you to use gems, it used to be fair,, give you a chance,,,at lot of long time players are leaving,, they have ripped the fun out of it
Get rid of energy and just let us play
This game is spectacular. I can get around pop ups but come on…. Why do we need to pay to play?? literally making us pay money or gems to continue playing the game! Why? It’s so unnecessary and pointless. Make it cost £1 and let us play indefinitely. I would pay that because this game is actually fun when you can play it. Please fix this rovio and stop being a cash grab
Ads and £99.99 items to buy
At this moment nearly every level I beat is finished with advert. Literally unplayable. As well as this game is telling me to buy £99.99 helmet for a bird. I did not even spent that much on recent call of duty, which has ten thousand times better gameplay. I have a feeling this game exist only to pay for it. Stamina to play single game. This is a joke. In cod I play every day. Spend £20 every few weeks on the new operator. And I am happy. Angry birds I could play 20 minutes a day, there is no feeling of progression and I see no sense of spending my money on it, as even if I would, there still are ads. Delete this thing from App Store and give me back my beloved Star Wars.

MY FAV GAME GOT ALL BIRDS ITS FOOD although can the AB2 team make it so the pig card in the tower of fortune is a 50 or 60 percent chance I’m having a hard time also can the AB2 team make bubbles stronger please I would appreciate it
