Game is stuck on authenticating, I m stuck on authentication screen for 15 minutes now, nothing has happened. My internet connections are fine. Fix it

Разработчики решите пожалуйста проблему,выкидывает из игры с локации талангурская тундра.убиваю боса с маской черепа слона и потом захожу в портал и выкидывает, 5 раз переходил с 1 уровня и все равно тоже самое. А так игра бомба но хочется очень доиграть.надеюсь решите вопрос в ближайшее время.

Давно уже не выходили новые обновления ;( , а игра реально хорошая
