Love the program, but not so much the app. There isn’t an easy way for newbs like myself to track progress regarding what I’ve already done. Looking at recent is ok, but you should be able to mark things as done and see that visually. Also, app doesn’t work on Apple TV with the latest iOS.

This app needs to be “proofread”. It’s ambitious but its usability is poor. The most egregious problems right now are 1 introductory video with no sound, o and another introductory video and the “flowcademy” “start here” courses only working if you press DIRECTLY on an invisible play button in the center of the video. It took installs on 3 devices before I realized that it’s not that the video isn’t working, it’s that you have to click ONLY an invisible button to run the video. Stuff like that is amateur and leaves a poor first impression. I was ten seconds away from trying to write a “help” ticket email

The videos on here give detailed information as well as amazing visuals. It has helped me along my movement journey. Great for people looking to start out in the Animal Flow program.

I love the ease of use with this app. I can save the practices I want to revisit and create playlists. The team is also very responsive when it comes to updates and putting out information about the app.

I’ve been a member of the Animal Flow community for a long time and this app is incredible! It’s everything you want it to be. From the layout, to the quality of the content, it just doesn’t get much better than this. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been practicing for years, this app has everything you need. They are constantly adding new flows and classes so there’s always something new to play with. I use it on my phone, my computer, and my TV depending on where I am. I love it!

This has been my main practice since Covid and lockdowns started. Accessible for multiple levels of proficiency; you don’t have to already be an expert in AF to get value out of this tool. There are “Flow” and “skills” classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The On Demand App is for AF enthusiasts like me, grappling/jiujitsu folks who want a practice that feeds right into their own, and yogis and general fitness folks wanting to shake up their routines.

The workouts are good. Using the app on an iPad, it does not support landscape rotation. Even in portrait mode, the bottom quarter of the screen is not being used at all. The videos are displayed in 3 columns, but the last column of videos is only half showing. Terrible implementation of the app.
