The description says I’ll be charged after the 3 months trial, but after checking my bank account, I was charged 239.00 php! (Even though what was stated is that I’ll only be charged 95.00 php after the trial period ends) Very deceitful! I want my money back!

First of all, some (or most) of the titles have fake episodes. I’ve seen two titles that contain episodes from Jujutsu Kaisen. What the hell? Second, their free trial is a scam. I got the free trial for 3 months, expecting I’ll be charged after 3 months since that’s what’s written on the prompt: “3 Month Trial”. But instead, I got charged as soon as I accepted, and I was charged even more than what was advertised. 239 pesos instead of 95 pesos. Do not download this app. Also, I want a refund.

Cant play an episode after you paused it. Also incomplete contents

When i paused the video and play it , the video was not responding , it keeps loading forever!!! This is a trash app. Waste of money!!!!!!!

I made an acct paid to activate then all it did was crash. It would open for a literal second and crash. Waste of money.

There’s no videos I have to read everything everything I find I have to read. Can you please tell me where the video stuff is?

They have so many animes on this app, but the app does not work and you’re supposed to be paying for said app no one wants to pay for an app that doesn’t work and also the apps not even that good the fact that you can’t search for an anime or do alphabetical order something logical to find something although they did put years which is awesome but you can’t find it by name like you forgot the bear necessity, and like I said, you can’t even play the anime.It’s not worth it I wish it was because they had a lot of animes that I feel like you can’t get with Crunchyroll if they could make their app work better and put in a decent search featureI think they’ll have some thing

At first glance with this app, I saw a lot of really old and new shows. But a couple big problems for me to enjoy this is most of the shows are love based story’s. I can enjoy one every so often, but this app mostly shows that type of viewing and even with the pricing, I cannot see myself enjoying it. Another issue I am having is the lack of data, every time I try to choose a show, it tells me “Error, The data could not be read because it is missing.: The data is missing”. I am not 100% sure what that means, I have to run a vpn or something?, but if that is the case, then I am concerned that it will only play in a certain language that I do not know?, and I do not want to pay for something that demands more out of me. Personally, if I am going to spend money, I should be able to enjoy it as it is intended in all language’s I want to understand and enjoy the hard work of putting the show together, and the way it is not, I am unable to see what’s going on in the show and process what’s being said, those kind of things tend to have moments where you miss some sentences that could make it or break it for ppl to enjoy, and by then you are really invested into the show and that just sets your customers for unpleasant failures. It’s got some potential, but still needs ALOT of work. I hope this helps to identify some common issues to create a more universal friendly platform.
