Ann Arbor TheRide Bus Tracker

I did not use my usual skepticism when downloading this app, and was under the impression that this app allowed me to load Fare $$ and scan it to buy passage on AA municipal busses. NOPE. It asked for my CC info, then, without my consent, started charging me $49.45 recurring monthly. When I called their number (provided by my bank’s Fraud Department), they had the STONES to try to upsell me a “higher tier” of service!!!

The app links out to a website that will try and scam your credit card. Don’t use this app.

It just doesn’t work… It show “no upcoming arrivals” but actually there is!

Doesn’t show more than one bus stop on a route at a time so if you’re trying to plan a route and see the best one it’s not going to work that way. Would be great to see full route maps. I am new to the area and don’t know what stops I should be looking at so this app is plain useless.

Very sorry to report this bus tracker app has been useless.

This is the only bussing app that I’ve had that is accurate and has all stops listed I’ve been able to find my way around my new city easily and effectively
