The app constantly attempts to get you to make purchases, and post-purchase, logins don’t work! This feels like an absolute scam. Stay away from this app

While testing out this app we noticed we were hearing the sounds of our baby but the picture was frozen! Good thing reguardless of the baby monitor we still check up on him but this is unacceptable! You pay so much money to use this app for it to freeze up on you. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE.

AMAZING APP! Literally a lifesaver when you don’t have time to go to the store!

I tried this app by opting into the free trial, and despite canceling before the trial expired, I was billed the full annual amount. This was completely misleading. Do not install the app - total scam.

this app is awful. we are traveling so i get that we aren’t on strong wifi, but even if i turn wifi off it cuts in and out dozens of times throughout the night. the volume randomly changes dozens of times and is totally unreliable

I wasted the monthly fee, by the time to connect the two cell phones the baby was already awake. One star it is too much. They have to make the app easier to operate. A simple baby monitor camera from Walmart is better choice.

I have had the app for a couple months now. I use my iPad as the camera for the baby and either my phone or my husband’s for the parent unit. When the camera is working I really have no complaints, but almost every time I go to monitor my son on my phone the app pops up “downloading child data” even though I use the app multiple times a day. The only solution I have found to make the message go away is to completely delete the app while keeping my subscription (yes I paid for the full app), and then having to redownload and sign in. It happens almost every time I set the cameras up now and it is so annoying. If I hadn’t paid for the full app I would be finding another monitor.

This app is a scam! It disconnects constantly! Don’t buy!

I had rated this app before. It would appear it was removed for whatever reason. Just paid for the yearly membership. And the money no sooner left my account than the problems we had a year ago started up again. Mainly know this. The screen on the "baby" side of things CAN NEVER TURN OFF. Otherwise it disconnects from the parent unit. We use this to be able to hear a ventilator dependant patient to be able to hear if he needs assistance during the night. Having to have the screen on WHILE SLEEPING is not conducive to a good night's rest. I had brought this up before. The screen on his phone goes to sleep after x amount of time for a reason. Want to kill your battery quick and keep your kid awake? Then download this app. Definitely NOT happy. $65 wasted.

I’m sure this isn’t what the app was made for but my dog, Max, just had major surgery (TPLO) and requires constant monitoring OR the cone of shame to ensure he doesn’t mess with the stitches. This app has freed me up SO much! THANK YOU! I can let him sleep comfortably while I go to the kitchen and make his supper (or even while I go outside for a hot tub! ;-) and never take my eyes off him! I put my iPhone on a tripod and place it near him while I monitor from my iPad wherever I am. When I got the 3-day trial I figured I would do something else once it expired but NO! I paid for the app because whether I ‘need’ it again or not, I wanted to support such a well-thought-out app that made such a huge difference at such a critical time. Thanks again, Team Annie!!!
