I have been diagnosed with DID for over 3 yrs and my system journals . But this makes that even more. With amnesia this greatly helps us while dissociation or rapid switching. Tk be able to have a way to communicate is such a gane changer. Only wish there was a backup option to make sure nothing gets lost. And a way to maybe join with other systems or people so they always know who they are speaking to.

I not able to Swap message sides on my IPhone and it’s lagging a little bit

I see in the description that it’s possible to export the dialogue for sharing and into markdown files but I can not find the place. Is this function implemented?

I previously reviewed this on my phone, but I have to give another review now, from my ipad. The app is nothing like how it should be, it hardly works to be honest. I’m frustrated because it’s all I have right now and it doesn’t really work at all. I’d appreciate an update.

when i used this on my android, it was easy to find a list of my personas and add, edit, or delete them. i cannot find this function on the ios app. the app comes with a ton of preset personas, and i would like to delete most of them. i’m a perfectionist and i can’t use the app until i can do that. clicking on the “app support” or “developer website” links in the app store redirects me to random sites as if it’s some kind of scam, and there’s no support section in the app, so i can’t even message them to ask about it. i would be happy to update my review if the developers can fix the problem or show me how to delete personas.

I was recommended this app by a friend who uses Android, but many of the features they showed me aren't on iOS yet. Disappointed. Hopefully the iOS version can catch up soon.

Interesting idea! I love the interface, but I gotta say … it’s incredibly frustrating trying to figure out how to use the app. I wish you’d just tell us how to do stuff. Something as simple as a tutorial that can be re-accessed any time, or maybe a menu bar with all of the features, or perhaps a documentation page explaining where all the buttons are? It took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to create a new persona, and I’m still not sure if there’s even a way to delete a persona. The aesthetics are cool, but the lack of boundaries on clickable elements on the home screen makes it impossible to tell what is clickable and what isn’t.

Hi. We are system and we just suspected that we have DID. While using this app I can’t chat with my persona. Or save my persona. The tax fields are not editing for me. I use voice over and this makes me really frustrated.

I left antar open for a second in the background and I was able to get through the opening screens to the app.

I love this app. It’s such a simple concept that’s done so well. The ability to chat with different parts of you creates more perspective and detachment. I feel like I can move through tough issues and find clarify with the help of this tool.
