My son received this smart watch for kids for Christmas this year. Approximately three days after he got it, he broke the watch band. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times without any response to see if they have replacement bands or what our options would be to repair it. If anyone knows how to actually reach someone, I’d love to know.

App doesn’t sync to your phone. I have had to reinstall the app and reset the device nothing works. All data has been erased. What is the point of the watch then? I also cannot recover anything because I can’t get a recovery email. It’s more trouble than it’s worth I would get a different brand of watch it’s not good for the long term especially if it takes this much work just to get it synced to your phone for use.

App that crashes... won’t open

Just stopped pairing no matter how long I troubleshoot. Followed all instructions. Garbage.

The watch is fine however the app is horrible. It forgets your login and history and kicks you out, forcing you to reset your account. It’s not worth the aggravation. Just buy another product

No support other than buy a new one don’t waste your money this does nothing for your health!
