Any app that charges you per chapter is a scam. Reading shouldn’t be penalised like this. I’ll pay for the book. But charging this amount per chapter when a cost of living crisis is going on. Also I’d love to know the amount the authors receive. Disgraceful. Also interesting a company that doesn’t correctly respond to its disgruntled clients. The truth is loud 😅😂
I purchased enough coins to last an entire novel - which, by the way, is more expensive than the price of a whole novel from other apps - and I didn’t even get 1/3 the way through before it locked down. An absolute rip-off of a scam. I do not recommend AT ALL. If I could rate zero stars I would :(

The minute you have an issue they send you a generic email and don’t reply. I started reading a good book a visitor, once I decided to subscribed all my data, coins and membership was lost. Very disappointing
Spent $15 AUD and I’m going to be unable to unlock less than 10 chapters for a book with 234. I’m all for authors being paid but this is ridiculous. Uninstalling
The stories are good but it takes multiple days of watching adds to unlock a free chapter. Very disappointing.

At 80 coins a chapter ( and short chapters) this app is the most expensive I’ve come across and as much as some of the novels are interesting the cost is insane and works out at over $70 a novel in-some cases which is crazy - don’t bother downloading
Totally understand you need to pay (or earn coins to pay) for chapters after the free teaser, but the ways to earn free coins are basically a scam. To earn 200 coins you need to unlock (buy with coins) 10 chapters but the chapters cost more than 20 coins each, so you are not getting back the same amount of coins you are paying, so unless one of the books in the challenge happens to be one you are keen to read you are paying more than you earn, so you aren’t getting anything to buy the chapters of the book you are trying to read and with over 300 chapters in most books, reading a book for “free” is impossible unless you are patient enough to wait the two years it will take.
