I recently attended the webinar entitled “Inexpensive Marketing Ideas to Kick Off Your New Venture.” I was blown away by the knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Kit and Scott. Between managing multiple businesses, deadlines, family etc I would often go up to 2-3 weeks without passing by my PO Box.. out of sight out of mind. Anytime mailbox simply makes things convenient/manageable, literally like having a personal assistant for my mail. The app helps with on the go work and I definitely recommend

Notifications via app or text is nice. Pickup protocol is odd, requiring you to mark each transaction before pickup. If you omit this step you'll be charged storage fees despite having picked up your stuff. When this happened to me, there were some finger pointing between mail location and anytime mailbox, but Anytime support handled the issue. Best means of contact is chat, despite considerable wait times -- responsiveness is everything, hence 4 star rating. Service setup is a breeze via online video meeting for a modest fee. Don't forget to USPS address change.
I’m not sure why there are negative reviews here - I’ve found the app to be very simple, straightforward, and it does it job without me having to think too much about my mail. Just what I needed from my mail service.
Couldn’t access the notary from anywhere but desktop (I have no webcam), customer service insisted that I could on the app… not true at all, just a message saying go to a desktop and an option to log out. Took 4 days for them to get back to me, in the meantime I had a package delivered and the facility insists that they never received it even though I have proof it was delivered there. Just no, get your virtual mailbox from literally anywhere else if you don’t want stolen packages and terrible customer service. Oh and the notary even said she didn’t know how to process their new form. They require a new form and didn’t even tell the notary? This has been beyond ridiculous.
I had a great experience with this company for over a year. Until 4/22, when I used their app to close my account. Screenshotted the confirmation from the Anytime Mailbox app that my account would close on 4/30. Then on 5/5, was notified by my credit card of a charge for the regular monthly service fee. Emailed Anytime Mailbox. Received several replies in the following exchange, including claims that it was a valid charge because it was for other services (even though the amount didn't match) and that it was for the month of April (except the billing statement showed that April had already been charged. On 4/5). But I think my favorite excuse was that it was a charge for another account at a separate location, the reason being that when my card company asked me to find info on their refund policy, guess what I found instead? A notice from Anytime Mailbox informing me that that other account had been permanently closed. Over a year before. Ha ha ha ha. Talked to Lene by phone, who sounded sympathetic and genuinely shocked this had happened, and who promised to ask her boss to not only close the account but refund the May charge. About 12 hours later, received an email stating that the request was denied because I hadn't responded to an email they sent asking me to verify the cancellation. I was shocked, absolutely shocked, I tell you, when no such email was ever delivered to either my inbox or my spam folder. If you like taking chances with your money, this may be just the company for you.
