Need to be able to increase font size on my AOL app on my iPad. It is too small for these old eyes. Thank you. Audrey in Oregon, AOL user since 1992.

All of a sudden started getting ALOT of spam emails this past week. Couldn’t understand where it was coming from. Today, I get email from AOL saying I can get rid of paid advertising emails for $4.99. So AOL sold my email to companies so they can spam ads emails and now want me to pay to stop the ads!!! You know what I will do instead? DELETE AOL!!

Hello. I like the new version of the AOL app for iPhone. I am a Verizon.net user migrated to the AOL server. I know you aware that notifications and badges are not working correctly. I noticed this about 3 weeks ago. Sometimes I get notifications and mostly I don’t. In either case I never have “Badge number” updates unless I open the app myself and close it. In fact, if I have 2 unread emails, I have to do this twice for the badge number to show at all. I tried all the standard reboot and reinstall procedures with no help. I hope you find this bug soon as it is important to notice you have an email to view. Especially since I have the sound notification off (I don’t want to hear dings all day for emails throughout the day). Thanks! RichH Update: 3/4/2021. Thanks BR for the reply. I have noticed “notifications “ on a locked screen appearing with some consistency. Now if you can can solve the nettlesome “badge” issue - I will be a happy camper. 7/20/2021 update: the badge count is working fine! Thanks very much. All looks good to me on IOS Update: 6/18/2024 - new release had same problem. It has been resolved. Thanks!!

I’m unable to change it

I don’t understand why in the last year or whatever beyond,my email account doesn’t work without having an aol account separately on my phone. I don’t understand what happened. and if I see articles on News on Aol, why don’t you allow me to block them in the future(only AOL does this?!!). if they’re going to have those kind of views, that I completely disagree with? please spare me and the rest of the country your far left idiotic propaganda. I’ll just try to use you guys for non-news.

I have been using AOL for several years. I am happy with it’s display and how easy it is to maneuver around the site. I have not had any security concerns and would recommend this site.
