Loved ordering from here. I’ve ordered a few items of garden furniture all have been competitively priced. And quality better than expected. Delivery was prompt.

Ordered a Christmas tree. After 5 days got an email saying the delivery has been delayed due to demand so I went out to buy another tree. Tried to cancel the order but then suddenly it was delivered . Less than 24 hours after the email. I’m trying to return the tree but they just keep offering me silly discounts 10 then 15% off which equates to less than £5. All I want is to return the tree Now my emails are being ignored so I’ve no idea what’s happening. All I want is a returns label it’s not that difficult

The Green House arrived with parts missing. We put the Green House together and couldn’t put the roof on or windows in because parts missing. The wind got up and the Green House was destroyed. Very flimsy and definitely not worth the money.

Being a great experience from the start enjoyed very much.

Not been on this site before and will not be purchasing again faulty goods , help centre rude at times and hard to ring and answer delivery was late and only half came and chasing the rest was a headache explaining to say I am dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement
