Really good app. Has so much info for not just footballers, but athletes. Also very helpful for just general exercises / nutritional info. Defo recommend, more than worth it!

As someone who struggles with training & dieting plans, it was great to have a creator like Antony, provide a platform with so much valuable information whilst being so easy to navigate around the app. I really would recommend it to any aspiring Footballers/Athletes looking for to take their game to the Next level!
