With the ApartmentPermits.com system you can conveniently print parking permits for your residents and manage all their vehicle information directly from our system. The permits are printable on site and are completely customizable. We use specially manufactured documents as the permits. Our system allows you to:
- No longer have different parking permits for different situations, our system will allow one permit for all parking situations on your property
- Maintain a completely searchable database of resident vehicles
- Print a parking addendum when you issue your resident a parking permit which you have them sign to acknowledge their understand the parking regulations of your apartment community
- Print custom instructions for your residents with the permit
- Permits are completely custom, you can use your complex logo on the permits ensuring that the permits are easily identifiable to you and your staff.
- Assign reserved parking spaces and set expiration dates and print them directly on the permit itself.
- Allow residents to register temporary vehicles and their guest vehicles
- Allow guests to register as required on your property
- Allow your towing company/security access to view spot assignments and permit data
- Bulk accounts such as parking enforcement and security can access all accounts assigned to them through this application.

The whole point of this app is to make money off people who don’t know any better not to register their car, or will just tow them anyways if they aren’t making enough money off these people, who are also mostly broke college students. Each time one of these people gets towed, some of the money goes to this app.
Also there is no way to save a car or apartment, so you must manually input it each time.
To the creator of this app, the whole world would be better off without you.

Plan to be towed using this app
Registered sons vehicle as “Resident” at move in. Removed his vehicle as “resident” when he went back to college. Tried to register his car as guest. App would not allow me to add and gave an error stating his vehicle was registered as DO NOT PARK ON PROPERTY. Called office to register vehicle. Manager said she successfully registered my son’s vehicle. Woke up next morning, car was towed. Tow company said his registration expired at 5:25 the previous day. The app is seriously flawed. If a guest leaves, you can’t add another until the previous guests permit expires. I’m scared to have my son come home from college or any guests for fear of their car getting towed. We’ve gone as far as to have guest park at the nearby grocery store and I drive them to my apt. Major inconvenience.
Horrendous
I have nothing good to say about this app. The search doesn’t work properly, it doesn’t let you add a vehicle model that’s not listed in their database, screen rotation doesn’t work, I could go on. On an app with already limited functionality, that fact alone is embarrassing.
Worst company to use for towing
My boyfriend visits my apartment very often and I register his car every time. For the past two days (the 28th -29th) he has been here and I registered him. It go towed and they are saying that his car hasn’t been registered since the 12th of October.
Can’t cancel 24 hour time
I had a guest last night come at 10:46 then a guest come at 10. I can’t even cancel the prior nights parking and now at risk for getting my guest vehicle towed bc I have to wait until 10:46. There should be an option to cancel a request
Horrendous app, shady company
The company that runs this app also gets a cut of the towing fees, so why on earth would they make it intuitive or easy? Easily the worst, most antiquated, worst designed apps I’ve ever used. The devs should be absolutely ashamed of their work and should consider another profession. I wish I could give this 0 stars.
Should Be Banned
I just bought a car and it’s stressful as to how I can’t register it even though im a resident and do have all my information for this app. This is simply a crappy app and don’t see why any complex uses it for their residents.
