The latest app update causes weather sub-app to fail. When attempting to “sync weather report” it on all instances reports “failed to get weather report, please try again!”

Worked for 1 week then stopped synchronizing tried deleting everything and reinstalling and still nothing

I purchased this Apex watch 5days ago and it has malfunctioned every day and this application is the problem. It disconnects from the watch several times a day, garbage and nowhere to get help,

I tried syncing my Spotify to the app but it doesn’t work

I got it on sale for next to nothing at CT so didn’t have high expectations. But from a UX perspective, there are lots of glitches & connectivity issues. Needs an update.

Had the watch for a couple weeks and all was well until I somehow got logged out. Password wouldn't let me log back in so no problem, I'll just reset it. Nope, whatever verification code they send me and I enter I get an error. Now this watch is totally useless. Not too upset because I only payed $20 for it but it was actually working pretty well. Watch worked fine but the app deserves negative stars.

Stopped working after one day, data won’t sync from watch to app

I had no troubles setting up my account and pairing my watch at first. By day 2 no data is transmitted from the watch to the app even though the app shows that the watch is paired. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, this did not fix the problem.

For the past 4 or 5 days, this info is not going to the iPhone. Is there an App issue that is being overlooked???? Please respond!!!!

Bought 3 watches for gifts and all three stopped receiving notifications after 2 days, the calendar is a full year in advance
