It’s 2024 but he life’s still in 2000

It’s 2024 and still need a buy tickets with cards or bank account. More safety canals he don’t use. Like Apple Pay. Less safe that’s only 1 star.

Authentication does not work!

Same email and password on website does not work when trying to log in through the app. Leads to quite frustrating moments when you are about to pay for that super pricey popcorn and the only way to get the price down is to use an app. And said app does not allow you to log in. And yes - those were the same credentials.

Cannot log into the account

Couldn’t log in to the account to use the discounts and buy tickets. Had to pay full price.

Frustrating

The app doesn’t allow to pay with random visa or Mastercard. It doesn’t have Apple Pay (it’s 2023!!!) It doesn’t redirect to mobile banking after you manually insert the online banking credentials. So actually, the only way to buy tickets is driving to the cinema and buy it there. Also, if you would like to exchange your tickets or return- you won’t be able to make it neither within the app, nor contacting the support team( which will respond you in 24 hours soonest. Latest is never) Also, if you don’t use the app for a couple of months-please be ready that all the bonuses you have gathered will be deleted from your account. And it just takes too much effort to communicate with the support team, so I won’t even try at this point. I know the time is hard for any kind of business now, but try to be more careful about your clients and perhaps they will use you service more often! Very disappointing.

Delete this from apps.

2 times i ordered tickets from this “app” and 2 times i hadnt recieved any tickets. This is total disgrace for this company. This app shouldnt be here.

Maksājuma opcijas

Gribētos, ka ir vismaz karšu maksājuma opcija, nevis tikai Swedbank internetbanka. UX - kad izvēlās biļešu skaitu un kad izvēlās sēdvietas nav opcija “atpakaļ”, tikai atcelt un viss jāsāk no jauna. Nav sarežģīti, bet nav ērtākais veids.

Aplikācijā nav funkcijas apskatīties filmu sarakstu uz šodienu, tikai rītdien u.t.t un bieži vien strādā dīvaini, nerāda nevienu filmu, kaut vai mājaslapā viss ir.

Pērkot biļeti caur aplikāciju ar atlaižu kodu, uzrāda kļūdas paziņojumu, bet mājas lapā viss ar to ir OK. Aplikācijā neuzrādās iegādātās biļetes.
