I would really want it to be totally free

I’ve logged in on the same account on my iPad to my iPhone and whatever change I do on my iPad it doesn’t appear on my iPhone. It should be happening on the same devices because it’s the same account . So please fix this problem. Sometimes I want to keep tracking the things I do on my iPhone when I’m not having my iPad which I can’t. I really want to use the app on my iPhone and on my iPad but I can’t It doesn’t do anything to me on my iPhone. I just wanna see the change immediately appears on my iPhone screen whenever I wanted them to appear. Because when I write something on a page or draw something or add a sticker I want to see it on my phone to when I need it I don’t want to do back ups anymore. Sometimes I just wanna check when I don’t have my iPad and I just can’t Please fix this problem, ASAP. Thanks
