I bought my camera a year ago and it worked fine last night. Today I plugged it in and now it’s can’t see any further than 20 feet and it’s blurry and foggy. Hopefully the manufacturer will help me resolve this issue. I spent a lot of money on this thing.

Great camera till it worked now it doesn’t want to connect with my iPhone 16 Pro. I have with C usb plus lightning. It worked fine now it would not connect. You need to somehow fix it. It’s expensive camera to waste.

Please fix so app doesn’t automatically zoom the camera at 2.0 times! Standard zoom is needed! Read your reviews a lot of people are complaining about this!!!!!

Unfortunately, even though camera is usb c and iPhone 16 max pro is USB c, phone won’t connect to camera. Total waste of money. So sad. Phone won’t recognize camera

This camera has superb sensitivity at long ranges and lots of uses. The manual focus can be a bit of a pain but you get used to it. For the money, you can’t beat it and it’s fun to use.

I purchased the Android version of the T2 Pro which uses USB C because I had an Android phone. I switched to an iPhone 15 Pro Max which still uses a USB C so I figured it would work with the camera. My phone does not recognize the camera so it is useless. Very frustrated.

I bought the Xinfrared XT300 and I had an iPhone 13 Pro which it didn’t work with so I got a 15 pro thinking it would work with that since it worked with my brothers android and it didn’t work with that until I got the lightning to USB-C adapter and the next update. And sure enough it worked great until the tip to the interchangeable iOS lightning connector broke and now it won’t work unless I can have the broken part replaced but it seems that the XT300 which earlier this year, was promised as being available as a Dual-OS Cell Camera which it apparently was but now it seems to have vanished with no way to get parts for it. And the usb-c connector to the camera only works with Android and not iPhone 15 pro. So unless you can fix that problem with an update or help me come up with a usb-c Android to usb-c iOS adapter, I’m a dissatisfied iPhone user.

When I bought the thermal camera it was amazing but since a recent update I no longer able to access the HD setting which really makes a difference . Now I’m looking for something better.

Bought the device and have an iPhone 15. Have not been able to get a lightning to USB-c adapter that works. I need a recommendation of a specific brand of the adapter that will work, or I will have to return your device.

Love the lens/scope and the app. I like the different color palettes which are handy for different uses and situations. The clarity is decent also. I do have one thing I’d like to see in a future update though. If you sight the reticle in for a pellet rifle or 22,223 ect. it will stay zeroed but I’d love to see them add profiles that can be saved so if you want to use it across weapon platforms, you can name and save the reticle zero for each weapon. That would be awesome! I’ll add the fifth star when I see that update lol.
