Tried to pay three times, and all failed with no reason!

We are sssooo regret purchasing air tickets fr tis company ;(( We are going to cancel the tickets. Their website switches back to Chinese @ a sudden, no contact whatsoever: either emailing that will take 2days for a reply, or calling on out of country phone # then get disconnected. Imagine, how painful it is 😡 Do Not use this airline company! We are warning all travelers!

Hire a real programmer to do the job please, nothing works in this APP, I mean NOTHING.

None of the functions worked. Flight status, check in, login… you name it, none of them worked. This app is a joke.

手机手机注册不了（国内手机哦），邮箱邮箱注册不了， 手机收不到短信，邮箱收不到验证，整个就一笑话

订了28号的票，再打开就变成29号的了。起飞时间和落地时间也变了，还说是当地时间，购买的时候和购买之后的行程时间完全不一样，现在不知道我到底什么时候飞。行程单也不给，只有付费邮寄的选项，没有电子版行程单。在APP上购票后，在官网上根本查不到这个订单信息！别是诈骗吧！

完全不能用，用网页买了票，网页和手机都不能登陆，看不到票的情况，没有国际服务电话可以拨打，只想退票

操作次数频繁！ 什么事情 是app的问题

功能花花绿绿的，关键机票信息不全，到去机场的的士上想再次检查票面信息，结果提示要更新，而且只有一个选项，不更新用不了。。 最核心最重要的功能不全不说了，连用都不让用，什么垃圾软件
