Downloaded this to my iPhone 12 mini to safeguard my FF XIV account and I cannot get past the initial user agreement screen. Nothing to select to confirm agreement. Also tried on my iPad mini (5) and iPad (7) and have the same issue. So I can’t protect my account. Thanks a bunch.

But it does the job instead of the £13 hardware token for now. Easy to set up if you follow the instructions from Mog Station. I’ll probably invest in a hardware token if I keep playing. To those complaining about locking yourself out if you lose / wipe your ios device - on your SE account under ‘One Time Password’ you’ll find an emergency software token removal password, keeps this safe in case you lose / wipe your phone.

I am trapped out of my ff14 account and square Enix customer support is slow. It doesn’t have a patch on the bnet Authenticator

Can’t even get past the terms and conditions to get into the app! iPhone has no option to accept!

So I decided to give FF online a try... quickly realised how many hoops I’d have to jump through in order to start playing. Yeah no thanks. My time is worth more than having to deal with this convoluted hack job. Hard pass. Absolute garbage.

I fell pray to this app like many of the others who “couldn’t get passed the first screen” turns out the accept button is literally glaring you in the face in the top left corner... works brilliantly once I figured this out.

If you want extra security it’s great but you need to be careful when installing an iPhone backup since it can reset the app meaning you are locked out and will have to contact Square Enix

Impossible to accept agreement. No buttons. As buggy as the game itself, if such a thing were posdible.

If you lose or accidentally wipe your iOS device without deactivating first you will be locked out of your account effectively and SE support are very patchy with helping you to fix it. They will eventually but it can take a while and their attitude could be better and in the meantime you can't play. Better to use an ultra complex unique password. More likely to get screwed by this than helped.
