Nut - Smart Tracker

Works okay with pairing and using with one primary phone. However it’s a nightmare trying to get your spare phone to pair with it by “sharing” and thereby help find a lost tracker. Got the tracker to show on my spare phone after much trial and error but it never detects it even if right close to it.

app doesn’t open

The app always says my nut fob is lost when it is right next to the phone!!! Have tried a new battery and resetting app/phone. Nothing. Going in trash.

It keeps telling me the unit is lost and even after resetting unit it still keeps telling me it’s lost. I am unable to tall to anybody HAVD YOU A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR DI I JUST PUT IT DOWN TO A VERY BAD SUPPLIER….!!!!

Keeps alerting when I’m upstairs and I havnt even touched the find my key button. I’m literally getting on with my day and it’s going crazy in the drawer

I have 2 of two of these for several years. The biggest advantage, compared to the alternative is that there is no subscription. Even though I have the app running all the time, i don’t get alerts when I walk away from the unit, as if the app goes to sleep. Another hole in the scheme is that there is no provision to alert when battery is low and you might be walking with a tag that is dead. And finally, in theory, you use the tag to find your phone but it doesn’t alway works unless you have the app running at the front

This product has saved me so much time. Very reliable and useful. I am now on V3 NUT and they continue to improve the UI and functionality. If you lose things this is just a great solution!

Sometimes just can’t get it to stop ringing. There used to be a “silent for x hours” but that fine now. So even during the silent period, in the silent zone in my house, sometimes it rings incessantly. I have now tried the “optimise” rings, so let’s see if that helps.

Good app with the basic features I need. Mobile verification does not work though.
