这个要充钱198一年，充钱了之后才能用而且主要功能就是不同类型的短时时间，然后看一些事物的热量，但涵盖的食物比较少，不如keep好用，其次也就没啥了可以记录记录体重，喝了多少水，有了多少步，刚一开始的时候会让你输入身体数据，然后根据你的数据制定一个断食的计划，但其实就是制定一个星期的断食计划，然后每个星期都重复，其实就是断食这个事情，本身就很简单很简单，完全没必要花这么多钱，这个软件真的很鸡肋
