差勁！！！so rubbish! 办理乘机永远说没有乘机人纪录，设计这个应用出来干什么？！深航真的是越来越差劲！！

Just another airline app with no English language support!!! Can't read or use this app so will have to say it's crap until proven otherwise!!!

明明在酒店已经登录好了，账户实名注册过了，甚至登机牌已经添加进了钱包里，结果到了机场前面弄好的信息全部没有，让我从头再来登记实名一次，结果又死活登不进去，要致电在线客服又得先登录，搞到我上飞机还是没搞好，真是服了😤😤

After filling out the forms you always get “Remind: The network is deserted, please try again later.”

手持灵动岛机型，“我的”页面顶部显示有一条白色线带，很不协调（其他界面是完整的红色背景），app内提交了反馈，好几个版本更新了，依旧没有改善

这几天又不能把登机牌保存到苹果wallet了 希望后台赶紧解决一下 之前也出现过这类问题

I'm Chinese and I have every ID required to verify my identity, However, the app cannot accept a phone number other than a Chinese cell phone number, so I cannot use it to book a international ticket. Really wish the team could make it more flexible to bring more convenient for international passengers.

进行实名认证时一直在最后一步无故失败。失败后连报错都没有。出了什么问题猜也猜不到。在系统内提问完全没有相关解答。人工热线也接不通。
