아이콘이 안뜹니다

아이폰 13 pro 를 쓰고 있습니다. 유튜브를 보다가 앱이 좋다고 하길래 다운 받아서 들어 가는데 위치가 어딘지만 뜨고 나머지 다른 곳은 다 횐색 네모 상자로 되어 있습니다. 아이콘이 뜨지 않아요.. 어떻게 해결해 주셨스몀 좋겠습니다 개발자님

올바른 포맷이 아니기 때문에 해당 데이터를 읽을 수 없습니다.라는 오류와 함께 이미지가 하얀색 화면으로만 보입니다.

너무너무 유용한 앱 같은데 오류가 생겨요

오늘 사용해보고 싶어서 앱을 깔았는데 올바른 포멧이 아니라며 이용할 수가 없어요 어떻게 하면 사용할 수 있을까용

속상하네요..

올바른 포맷이 아니기 때문에 해당 데이터를 읽을 수 없습니다. 라는 말만 계속 나오네요.. 안드로이드에서 쓰던 앱이 아이폰에는 없어서 이 앱을 쓰려고 했는데 열리자마자 저런 말을 계속 하니 속상하네요..

올바른 포맷

애플은 이 앱을 사용 못 하는 건가요ㅠㅠㅠ 계속 들어가면 올바른 포맷이 아니라고 뜨는데.. 이런 리뷰도 엄청 많고요ㅜㅠㅠㅠ
