∙ In iOS17, fonts may not appear in the list or may be delayed. This usually resolves itself after some time, but if not, please contact customer support.
∙ The purchase will be made with an Apple account.
∙ How to check your purchase history: Settings → Apple ID → Media and Purchase Items → Account View → Purchase History
∙ You can use it for one year when you purchase fonts in the store in the Sandoll Cloud app, and the automatic purchase is not renewed after the expiration of the period.
∙ All fonts in the mobile app can be used when the Sandoll Cloud app is installed. If you delete the app, you can't use it.
∙ If you leave the membership, you will not be able to use the font you purchased permanently.
∙ Inquiries regarding payment (duplicated purchase processing, refund, etc.) can be processed by contacting Apple Customer Center.
∙ After the license expires, the work can be protected by activation service. The activation service is a Sandoll Cloud service that recognizes the rights of works produced within the license period in the form of certificates and certification banners. You can check the "genuine certificate" for each pass on the Sandoll Cloud website at Login > My Page > License Management.

안녕하세요. 이 산돌구름 앱 너무너무 좋고 편하다고 생각하는데,저만 그런건진 모르겠지만 무료폰트 설치할 때마다 자꾸 앱에서 나가지고,내폰트에 안 남아있더라구요. 이거 오류인가요? 그러면 고쳐주시고 제가 잘못된 거라면 죄송합니다....🥹
괜히 깔았다;;
이거 퀄릭티는 별점 5점 인데;; 로그인 해야돼서 로그인은 하지도 못하고 구경만 했다는점... 😅

제가 폰트를 사용하려고했는데 로그인을 하라고 해서 회원 가입을 했어요. 그런데도 계속 로그인을 하라면서 폰트가 적용이 안돼네요? 또 회원 가입을 한 후 같은 이메일로 로그인을 해도 안돼네요. 화원 가입,로그인을 하라고 해놓고 하면 안돼는건 뭔가요? 진짜 기분 전환도 할겸 폰트 찾아보고 있었는데 이게 뭔가요; 앱을 나갔다 들어와도 계속 회원가입이 안됐다네요.

앱이 너무 잘 멈춰요. 뭐만 누르면 다음 화면으로 안넘어가서 답답하네요. 개선부탁드립니다.
무료폰트에서 필터가 안 떠요
다른 것들은 다 유용하게 사용중인데 무료폰트 목록에서 필터 체크하는게 있던데 아무리 기다려도 화면이 안 떠요

안냐하세여. 방금 전 산돌 구름을 받은 유저 입당! 그런데 제가 리뷰를 보고 해봤는데 안돼여. 그리고 특정 앱에서 카카오톡 있는데 왜 안대여? 혹시 제가 잘못 알고 있으면 죄송해용:) 혹시 제말이 맞다면 이점만 고쳐주세요.
