So I have been up and down with my thoughts on Toreba - I won’t prize on free play (so that was awesome) but after 6 months they didn’t ship it still and I was beginning to wonder. April 2022 they shipped my prize, and the tracking said it was in California (I’m in Canada 🇨🇦) and it’s been there for months - anyway, it’s now February 2023, and my prize just arrived. I was honestly shocked, had given up hope it would ever come. So I will say this - you can win, it IS hard, and if you win, expect to wait a year before getting your prize. They have the cheap “membership” that’s like $5 (?) so that seems worthwhile knowing the risks/wait.

Love playing on Toreba but they need to have a toll free number option so people can call customer service. Also shipping needs to be faster.

Scam

Don’t download this, don’t even play it online. The creators set it up in such a way that it basically forces you to buy coins, and the prices of play used to be like 200, now it’s like 1200 per play. That’s like paying $20 for like 4 tries. It used to be better back in the day, and even when I did win two prizes (when the game was actually good), they took over three years to ship to me! And I’m not joking neither! Countless emails to them in English and they never responded, until I told my wife to email them in Japanese. Terrible. Trash. Scam. But they won’t reply or even attempt to fix it lol

They don’t respond to email

Since they don’t respond to emails, I was refunded by Apple. They sent an email with a tracking number on November 17th but it says that a label was created in Long Beach, California and it remains the same as of december 28. If they had responded to my messages, none of this would’ve happened. It was for alot of prizes that I won’t sadly get. It sucks.
