They just can eat your order, say that they deliver it to you, and you chat with supports for hours to make refund, sometimes delivery guys is doing strange things or can’t find you building, supports doesn’t care about it too, my advice:just try to use other apps

Some of your delivery-guys isn’t ok l. Sometimes they are rood and not coming on the time

身为一个商家凌晨三点打电话没人接电话。一直忙线。这种服务还入住他们干啥真的恶心

工作太累，晚上点了个外卖。骑手送错地方，还要压力我。叫我看看自己下的什么地址，我听完一愣，一看，没错啊。后来他发现他走错了，叫我去拿。我只能说6，果然美团外卖送啥都快，毕竟都自己去拿了，那为什么还要给配送费？

定位不准

和同事4人一起下单买了同一家店的同一款套餐，我还是最先下单的，前后不差2分钟。然后同事们的都送到了，我的没有骑手接单。最大的不同就是我买了那个什么会员省钱包，其他三人都没有买，所以我的不仅超时，还比所有人都晚20分钟送达，谁买谁傻
