Finally got it to play

I downloaded this game a few times over a years and it wouldn’t let me play, but finally it worked (no thanks to the developer how couldn’t fix it

This game is addictive, I am not sure why it has such a hold on me and I have several other ‘Merge’ games but this and Merge Dragons are the ones that grab my attention, I would say this to Developers: Please don’t make drastic changes to the app to ensure we have to spend real money to advance. I like the fact that you give us options-wait or use diamonds. Thank you for a great game experience!

Customer service not helpful

Playing with this otherwise great game more then a year now, as as one of the flaws of the game I accidentally deleted an item that generates main mergeable blocks. Suffice to say without it you are screwed. One the flaws of this game as it can let you delete these item generating blocks and without it you wont be ‘merging’ anymore which is odd. But here we are, more then a year time pit into this game, even payed sometime for add on stuff but getting into touch with customer support and since 3 weeks now nothing happening. Probably they are ‘busy’ as everyone else in this planet, doing god knows what.

This gets it all right

Almost perfect! You can spend, but you don’t have to. Ads are fairly distributed. Game play is sometimes a breeze and sometimes a challenge, and there is often a good amount of variety to keep it interesting. The storyline is engaging and sometimes very moving! Other game producers could, (should) learn a lot from this company!

Wont load since update

Be careful they can try to rob you.

Made a single small transaction of £0.99 and they are trying to take a monthly payment subscription but can’t find anywhere in the game where it says I’ve agreed to such nonsense so I’ve deleted my game account and frozen my card. I dont like this dishonesty and trickery. I’ve emailed your support to advise of this situation. Please fix your program.

Superb game!

This is, by far, the best game I play (some of which I’ve played for 10 years or more!). I hope this game continues for at least that long. No adverts to spoil gameplay, which is a refreshing change to the norm. There ARE things you can buy with real money to help you on your journey, but they’re optional. I have nothing against buying the odd pack here and there in this game, because the devs aren’t pushing sales on you constantly. The storyline is very clever; interesting facts about climate change alongside engaging characters and mostly believable speech between them. The game board does get filled up, so you have to strategise your play and decide which items you can sell and which to keep. There are novel elements to this game not found in any others. The devs deserve a huge pat on the back for producing a unique game which is relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing I would change is to make the price of an extra line on the gameplay board a little cheaper. The devs would get more people buying the extra lines at a lower cost and, in the end, would make more money! Overall… highly recommended . Sticky Hands also make Triple Tile, a mahjong-type board for gameplay, but it uses the same characters and goods and has another brilliant storyline. I highly recommend that game too, to be played alongside this one.
