this app broke my mothers aircon

I managed to get the device to work ONCE on one of my tv’s at home and after that it didn’t work again, basically single use. Tried troubleshooting it for about 2 hours, contacted customer support and spent another 3 hours following their insane guide which yielded 0 results, essentially a scam product

Buttons require a double tap? Requires an internet connection to download remotes. Download connection domain is a bit questionable and on a number of block lists. App asked for microphone permission?

You need the device for the app to work though

为什么能匹配到空调，但是匹配完之后，一点都无法使用 包括空调的开关 加减温度等等

垃圾垃圾垃圾，还卸载不了

什么时候能让每个功能开关的状态显示在遥控器界面上。比如说睡眠模式，按一下，嘀一声，到底打开没打开都不知道。

更新过后设置定时关闭现在提示“当前遥控不支持该功能”了，这是打算卖新配件，不支持老配件了吗？？？？
