I love alipay and it’s very convenient in every way but most of the time I can’t get the best experience because notifications are in Chinese characters which I can’t read. I wish I had an option to choose my English just like in the DiDi community

The verification does not work which means the app is worthless. There is zero support and the FAQs offer no help. Waste of time. No support and not fit for purpose for financial applications.
