Disappointing service
I hate to give such a low score, but I have to say the service is disappointing. After I purchased VIP membership, the content in the app wasn’t updated, as if I hadn’t bought the membership. The feedback page, which says ‘we value every piece of opinion’, didn’t get back to me after I submitted my issue. No customer service at all! It also said we could join a WeChat group for Cantonese learning, but there was no response after I tried to contact the organizer of this group. Made me wonder if anyone is still maintaining this app. If not, why does it still encourage us to pay for membership, given that there is no premium service for members at all!
