周五预定的三亚场百高竟然一次刷了我三次的钱…客服说系统出错，退钱要半个月之后？！周六到了三亚球场之后根本没有预定，还要当场打给客服，客服再发预定传真给球会。垃圾！ This app is full of bugs and charge me three times on my AMEX. Their customer service people didn’t even apologize and say any refunds will be processed in half a month?! They didn’t even book me the court when I arrived at the Sanya court. Had to call their emergency line and saw them send the confirmation email to the court when I was there!

百高背后找球场的企业会员定球场赚差价。上次台风下大雨本来定了18个洞最后只打了9个洞，球会都只收了9个洞的钱，但百高一分钱都不退。百高对任何天气影响不退预付球费！ BaiGolf does NOT return any prepaid tee fee due to weather condition (even if the golf club doesn’t charge the tee fee).

定球场要先扣款还不一定能定上！如定不上退款要七个工作日以后！定到的球场比自己到球场定还要贵！真垃圾！
