Radio Wave Sync

After two failed attempts to sync it shows the advertisement to buy the pro version and won’t let me use the app again.

Worked a few times initially (I made the purchase) then emitted no sound, re-installed, etc. Then bought the Clock Wave app and hey presto! All is good! Watch is Casio Oceanus s100.

I bought this to sync my gw-9400 when the atomic syncing fails (ie when travelling to an area with poor signal). You just turn the volume up, set your watch to manual sync, and the app does the rest. Only took 3-4 minutes for me. Although it’s a free app, it’s definitely worth £1.99 to buy it forever - half the price of a coffee and worth every penny.

It let me use it once but now it asks for me to pay. This is a BLOODY NUISANCE.

Every time I use this app I am getting advertisements. Paying for Pro Edition is meant to get rid of the advertisements permanently, and to let me use Beast Mode permanently, or have I got it wrong? Please get rid of the ads. It would be great if you could have the app show you that the Pro Edition has been purchased, and be able to unlock it again from inside the app, if you needed to delete the app and then re-download it again.

The watches need to be close to the phone’s speakers. Two of mine have signal strength displays, and showed that orientation can also have an effect. On Casio watches where there is no signal strength shown except R (Ready) and W (Work) for unstable and stable signals, the 9:00 o’clock position worked fine. For the record, I did this test in an inside area with a very weak to no signal from Anthorn in Cumbria, and levels instantly jumped from L1 (very weak) to L3 (strong) when I started this app.

I’ve got a Citizen radio-controlled watch, and where I live is quite far from any time transmitter, so time calibration was quite hard for me. Now with this app, I can calibrate my watch. Thank you, dev.

This is such a great app. I bought a watch that only picks up signals from BPC in China. This app recreates that signal via speaker on I phone and sets in about five minutes. Now I’m able to use all the features and functions of the watch. Amazing bit of kit this app is. Not only that but does other areas of the worlds RC signals too. Recommended as can also boast home signal for Atomic watches

I synced an old wall clock using this app and the MSF setting. Much easier than manual setting

I have the Westbury radio controlled pendulum clock and it was a minute out, so I downloaded the Clock Sync app and recalibrated the clock using the msg signal and within minutes the clock reset to the correct time. It is the best app I have ever tried to that of another app which didn’t work, also I like the beast feature on the app which is great
