Welcome to memery, the daily memes app where it's nothing but memes. Post a reaction or meme in response to a random prompt once a day, then vote on the best ones in the evening – first place wins $5 every day! Prompt and posts reset at 8am EST.
HOW IT WORKS
Every day at 8am EST, you'll receive inspiration in the form of a new prompt. Your mission? Post the funniest reaction you can, whether it's an image, a video, or an old meme you found between the couch cushions. With our easy-to-use editor, we'll help you speedrun through the most difficult parts of making a meme. It’ll literally just take seconds. And you have all day, until 9pm EST, to post it.
Then the judging begins. The masses vote on the day’s best memes. Democracy happens. Memes rise and fall. And at the end of it all, someone is crowned the first-place winner. That someone could be you. And if it is, you’ll take home $5.
Believe us, we wish we had all day to doomscroll memes and win cold hard cash. But we don’t, and you probably don’t either. That’s why memery was designed to be played only once per day.
FIND A MEME OR MAKE YOUR OWN
We can’t all be legit meme lords, and that’s okay, because memery exists for us all. Each day, you’ll have 13 hours to make, beg, borrow, or steal your meme from anywhere and everywhere. Got mad Photoshop skills? Use ‘em. Did you find the perfect meme somewhere else and wanna post it? Screenshot that sh*t. Want to make an original one in memery? We make it really really easy.
A “ONCE-A-DAY” SOCIAL NETWORK
Once you’ve posted your meme, you get to see everyone else’s. See one that you like? Double tap that. Got a pretty good take? Comment on it. Memes you interact with will appear at the top of your feed when it's time to vote. But remember, memery resets every day, so the prompt, memes, likes, and comments all disappear.
WIN FIRST PLACE, WIN BIG
We’ve all thought it from time-to-time: “I send the best memes.” And you definitely think you’re the best one in your friend group. Have you ever wished there was a definitive way to prove it? Now you can, especially by waving a cash prize in their faces. The first place winner(s) of each daily prompt win $5 total, distributed however you like (due to legal reasons, if you’re under 18, cash prizes are distributed via gift card).
PLAY FOR KEEPS
Some things do stick around, though. The top players win points, maybe placing you on the worldwide leaderboard—or at the very least, making you the best amongst your friends. And any memes you’re too proud of to lose, don’t worry, they’re still on your profile (for gloating purposes, of course). We’ll let everyone know just how good you did.
