I used to be able to read the products and descriptions in English within the app. Sometime during the last few months, my app stopped showing anything in English. It’s frustrating, because the app used to be in English, and English is still listed as a supported language by the app. Get your act together and provide customer service. I’ve been ordering from Starbucks instead due to this inconvenience. Do you not value foreign customers?

For people who don't understand Chinese, you guys totally ignored the fun part of using this non-English app. Mystery boxes!!! Just read pictures and have an adventure. Trust lukin and order randomly. For the past three years, lukin always brings us surprises, coconut milk latte, grapefruit latte, you name it. What makes lukin the best coffee company in the world? Surprises and Innovation. Push the envelope of coffee beverages.

For everyone complaining that it’s not fair because it’s not in English, please stop. If you are in a foreign country, they are not required to have your language available. I have my 2-3 go to orders and it is significantly cheaper then Starbucks. Delivery is always fast and it is easier than trying to fumble through google translate to order in person. I wish there were different sizes but on days when I need a large, I order 2. And it is still cheaper than a large at Starbucks.

This is how I know this company is a scam, no way to select a different langue in the app? This would lead to more sales, since the only way to order is the app. It would take maybe 5 hours to make a translated menu. I am giving up and going to Starbucks.
