App is OK, support and service is subpar
I used the app for a few months and purchased the subscription. I use it primary for scheduling tasks at work so I used the Outlook calendar integration. It was working fine, good not great, until an update made it where the calendar settings were never saved so it kept syncing a bunch of calendars I didn’t want and was showing them in places I had turned them off. I submitted a ticket and got a quick response - they have always responded quickly initially. My ticket was reporting the issue and asking how to revert versions until it was addressed. That request was never answered - it’s been months, I have replied to it again asking for help, and it just sits there “In process” with no response from support. I finally gave up and went to Amazing Marvin (which is amazing) and was ready to cancel TickTick. When I reached out to support request a refund I was informed that the issue was fixed and was past the 14 day window from purchase to apply for a refund. The original ticket was never updated, the issue never seemed to go away, but when I asked (and was denied) for a refund, I’m told it’s now fixed. TickTick should hold themselves to the same standards - if I can only apply for a refund within 14 days, it shouldn’t take you more than 14 days to acknowledge a reply to a ticket.
