TickTick:To-Do List & Calendar

Everything is good. But I really wanna a function can calculate the time. For example, I do a lot of time block in the weekly calendar, I want to know how much time I spend in work, there is no way to help me to calculate that. I know other app have this function, they can generate the time report after week or month. Very sad. Maybe it is time to change to other app. 😞

I need a to do list to manage my work and non-work life. There’s many I’ve tried in the past but in 2024, I used this several times a day. A key feature is copying and pasting from WhatsApp or email and creating an ordered list. So basic, but few provide that. Repeat actions are essential. Sync with iPad, iPhone and Mac is key. I like an occasional look at the differing views of your tasks too.

I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH! Everything is just perfect. ❤️‍🔥 I absolutely love the minimalistic layout, and how simple it is to visualise and use. I tried thousand apps/ planners before finding Tick Tick, but this is the only one that seams to work for me. What I hate about other planner apps is that most layout seems so cluttered, with too many features displayed, and I get distracted. This one is very simple, he has absolutely every single feature that I need, and the design is just SO GOOD! Clean, minimalist, easy to use. And a special “Thank you” to the UI and UX team!! Also, can we take a moment to appreciate how much we can do with the “free” account? And how cheap is the annual and monthly subscription compared to other apps? Thank you so much guys, I’m genuinely so pleased with everything that I’m exited to purchase the premium subscription and try the habit tracker feature!!!

So good! Tried most apps, but this one wins hands down.

I’ve been using TT for years now, switched from Todoist. TickTick offers great value for money, releases features and improvements across platforms on regular basis. Highly recommended.

I’ve used many and this one is right at the top with the other two I use regularly. The power behind the app is in its simplicity. Yet it packs more features than others. The free plan is unbelievably good.

I love TickTick; I use it extensively for personal reasons and for my company. There is though one feature missing which, with sadness, made me want to move away from this app. If you have the option to comment on shared tasks, what good is that feature if the people sharing the tasks list won’t get notified?! Why can’t more than one person be assigned to one task?! That is a very useful feature also… If this changes will appear on TickTick would complete the app. You guys wanted to make a simple app, easy to use; which it is; but if you’re working as a team with someone on lists it would make sense to add those 2 features.

I have ADHD and have always been terrible at remembering appointments, focus, time management etc.. I have used so many different apps in the past like Asana, Google calendar, habit tracker app, none of them can compete with this app. I feel like this app has everything in one. I’ve been using it for 2 months now and since then my productivity has skyrocketed, I have been able to manage ADHD a lot better. I have a bad habit of seeing my notifications and forgetting about it but with this app, it keeps pinging me until I do something about it, kind of like someone who keeps nudging you until you do it. What I also quite like is the habit tracker and how it gives the stats and dashboard of your progress throughout the month which makes it so much easier for me to review and improve. It’s also very user friendly, takes a bit at first to get into but once you’ve laid it out, so much easier to use.

Easy to use, hard to miss with persistent notifications.
