Really want to give 5 stars
I have played this game on and off for some time, made some fantastic progress. App decided to crash and refused to start up, tried switching phone off and on again to no avail. So thought it would be easy to uninstall and reinstall the app. Lost all my progress!! No way of getting it back!! Be warned!! Plus no way of contacting any support at all (well not that I can see)... good thing I didn’t buy anything within the app (which was tempted to do) otherwise would have lost all my previous purchases, game play and no way to get it back. Devs, please input a method of linking your account progress to something, Facebook or whatever other platform you wish to use please!
