I live in Jerusalem and rent their bikes many times. In short, you better stay away. Very poor quality bikes, the lock often make problem on the end of the ride so you stack in the station (and of course keep paying money), the customer service make you feel that they don’t care, almost all the rental stations are closed on Saturday for electric bikes rental and even in tourist areas to it pretty much useless, and now if those were not enough the application is starting to make problems. I had enough, seriously it’s not worth the time, hassle and anger. You better pick a bus or walk on foot.

על הפנים נוסע לאט כל-כך לא שווה לקחת אופניים חשמליים וזה יקר אם אתם לא צריכים לנסוע בעליה לקחת רק רגיל חשמלי לא שווה

Glitchy, super basic app. Bikes don’t work. Customer service is poor. What’s not to hate?

Israel: a country that knows how to break into your phone but can't design a bike-share app that works. I tried to sign up and got an email with instructions for using the service but no registration code. I tried again. Nada. I tried again. Nada. What a waste of time and public money.
