You can create reminder item which you use frequently but just needs a change in time. When the item is marked as completed, automatically it will be moved to Spare Lists section. Next time when you want to reuse the previously used items, then just go to Spare Lists section, select the item,set the reminder on, it will show you the suggested time for the reminder. Check and change (if required) and set the reminder.
