Timeline:
Log your daily calorie intake, including meals, snacks, drinks, and exercise.
Easily track your daily activity history and monitor your progress toward the daily target.
Activities:
View graphs and activity lists for the past 24, 48, or 72 hours to see the total calories obtained during that time.
Weight:
Monitor your daily weight variations.
Calories:
Track the daily trend of your calorie consumption.
Settings:
Set personal goals and customize your preferences, including the choice of weight unit (kg or lb) and calorie unit (kcal or Cal).
* Edit Content
Make changes by tapping on the card or text.
* Delete Content
Hold down on the card to delete.
* Select Date
Choose a date easily from the calendar icon if scrolling is inconvenient.
* Change Type
Switch the activity type by tapping the icon at the top of the input window (e.g., rice, drink).
