검색도 안되고 핫한 방도 안 떠요.. 개선부탁드려요

I have been a part of a study group that eventually became a premium group to allow more members. Since I updated my app, I cannot access my study group or even buy the premium membership. The app shows an error, trying to connect me to the purchase page, and bounces me off every time I try to buy the premium membership. And your link for help/assistance is invalid. I’d very much like your assistance, so I can purchase the premium and continue on with my study group.

I love love the Gooroomee webpage, but have troubles with this app.. Usually after studying about 40-60 min, all other screens become frozen or black except mine.. So I have to exit the study room. Also, if I click setting to adjust my camera, I’m not able to start or pause the stop watch! It’s frustrating.. Could you please fix the bugs? I love Gooroomee!!

왜자꾸 튕기는거예요..? ㅠㅠ 하다가 갑자기 꺼지고 시간도 켜놨었는데 시간도 뒤둑박죽이고.. 안맞고...

I love the app, and the fact that I can use this on mobile as well. The only issue that I have with it, is when you try to join a room, you have to click multiple times in order for you to join, and sometimes it doesn't work. Other than that, amazing app!

노트북으로 3시간정도 하다보면 저절로 튕겨서 스터디하다가 벌금낼때가 많아요......부탁드립니다ㅜㅜ

1. 아이폰 기준 나가고 나서 백 그라운드에서 종료 안하면 소리 작아짐+음질 이상해짐 2. 자꾸 튕김 3. 고객센터 응대 친절하시지만 고객센터에서 어떻게 할 수 없다는 걸 알지만 문의를 해도 그 위의 내부에 전달이 안되는 것인지 앱 자체가 개선되는 느낌 이게 과연 4000원 넘게 낼 만큼의 가치가 있는 앱인지 모르겠음 작년에도 사용했는데 질이 점점 떨어지는 느낌이고 만약 다른 공부측정어플 나온다면 바로 갈아탈 것임

아이폰 결제방식이 너무 불편해요 로그인 오류도 심하고.. 결제의욕이 싹 사라짐 유료서비스로 운영할거면 그에 맞는 서비스를 제공하세요

먼 어플이 한시간마다 팅김? 공부에 방해되는 어플임
