遊戲廠商對於異常不進行處理
遊戲出現異常，回報客服也不進行處理，反而怪玩家手機，本人使用iPhone 13 pro max ，內存空間還有50G，竟然無法繼續體驗這款高級遊戲
不重視玩家權益
屢次修改／刪除遊戲內容，並且沒有任何通知告知玩家，此舉深深令玩家的利益受損，本人極度懷疑因貴公司利用修改／刪除遊戲，變相令玩家需要使用真實貨幣投資遊戲。
遊戲商自己的bug 偷回玩家資源。爛！
《帝國:文明的崛起》這款遊戲近日發生爭議：官方無預警地透過後台回收玩家參加活動時花費資源合法獲得的所有物品。 在官方推出的五週年活動中，玩家以合法方式使用鑽石參加轉盤抽獎，且未涉及任何外掛。然而，官方卻在活動結束後兩週，以「中獎率過高」為由，擅自刪除玩家透過活動獲得的物品，甚至連與活動無關、累積所得的物品也一併刪除，並拒絕歸還。 此舉引發玩家強烈不滿，認為這是赤裸裸的詐騙行為！ 許多玩家嘗試透過官方渠道申訴，但長時間未獲合理回應，無奈之下希望藉助 Apple Store 的協調解決此問題。畢竟，辛苦儲值的成果被如此任意剝奪，令人感到既失望又心痛。
Disappointing Experience with Poor Support
I’ve been playing this game for over two years and invested significant time and money, but recent events have left me extremely dissatisfied. During a recent event, the company mishandled an issue with reward distribution and unfairly punished players by revoking earned items, even those obtained through legitimate play. Despite reaching out to customer support, their responses were dismissive and unapologetic, showing no regard for the time and money players have invested. The handling of this situation has not only been unfair but has also completely destroyed the trust and enjoyment I once had in this game. If the developers cannot take responsibility for their own technical issues and instead punish loyal players, I can’t recommend this app to anyone.
