The DAILYHOTEL service may not be available without optional access, but some features may be restricted.

결제를 4번 시도했는데 딱 1스텝씩 전진되고 로딩바 상태에서 계속 멈춤. 불편해서 안써 야놀자 쓰고만다.

데일리호텔털려서 암호유출됐다고 알림뜨네요
아이폰인데 데일리호텔의 암호 유출됐다고 위험하다고 폰에서 알림왔어요. 예전에 깔아놓고 한번도 안써서 지웠는데 어이없네요🤬 회원들 개인정보 관리 잘 하는건지.
취소를 안해줌
상담사로 연결도 안돼, 챗봇은 취소 내용을 인지 못했다고 해 예약한 지 1분만에 취소 요청했으나 누락되었고 몇시간 뒤에는 시간이 지나 환불이 불가하다고 답변을 받았습니다 이용도 안했고, 날짜를 잘못 선택해서 바로 취소 신청을 했는데 취소를 못해준다는 답변만 와서 그렇게 몇십만원을 날렸습니다 너무 억울합니다
로그인오류
하루종일 앱에서 로그인 오류뜨는데 고객센터 문의해도 일시적인 오류같다고만 설명하는데 뭐 어쩌자는건지ㅠ 이것때뭄에 아이폰도 업뎃하고 앱도 삭제하고 깔아도 안됨:;...
교묘하게 사기치는 어플
필자는 이 앱으로 호텔을 산택해서 숙박 날짜 설정해놓고 일행에게 링크 보내놓았음. 일행은 눌러서 바로 결제함. 근데 그냥 해당 날짜 말고 당일로 결제가 됨ㅋ 물론 제대로 확인 안한 사용자 잘못이 크지만 ㅈㄴ 교묘하게 이렇게 실수하도록 유도하는 행동유도가 ㅈ같음 진짜. 환불도 안되고. ㅎ ㅏ ㅜ

추석 성수기 황당한 데일리호텔
추석연휴 20일전에 충주 어반브라운호텔 1박 예약완료후 오랜만의 가족여행에 모두가 기대하고 있던때에 연휴전냘 야놀자를 통한 일방적인 취소통보~ 사유는 오버부킹 이라고요…. 진짜 놀고있는 귀사에 기가막히더군요! 추석전 바쁜 와중에도 항의하자 죄송하다며 제시한 28,000포인트…ㅋㅋ 네 황송하고 잘 쓸게요~ 하지만 앞으론 그러지 마세요. 고객 다 떠나요 그런식의 일처리는~~~
