Finally a straight forward app that allows the user to have flexibility and the ability to enter their own data freely. Simple food journal where I can track my food and exercise without being prompted for memberships, weight loss plans, or something else
Needed an app to write down my intake Just to keep track This is perfect And it’s free Unlike other apps that want to charge for everything!

Very nice app, easy to use, wish it had notifications to remind you to log your meals, but still a great app
I wanted something without macro counting or calorie counting, I didn’t want to be overwhelmed and I just needed an organized note for tracking what I’ve eaten throughout the day/week. This is great. Wish I could add more photos per meal though, and a function for automatic time stamps would be cool, and maybe add a prompt “how did the food make you feel?”— this would help people figure out food intolerances and create and intuition around it. Would also be cool if it sent a notification to remind to eat.
Simple use without all of the extra data that some programs require.
This app does everything I need it to do. It easily tracks what I have eaten for the day, and does not bog me down with needless features. In an error of apps that try to do everything, I am really grateful for apps that just do one thing and do it well. I am also grateful that this app does not join in the “subscription fatigue” methodology.
It’s exactly what I wanted, somewhere to easily write down what I eat. I didn’t want an app that tells me what I should be eating and when, I just wanted to know what I was eating to see why I was getting so sick and that exactly what this app did.
