2, In the symptom screen, 87 health issues(Hay fever, stress, Stiff shoulders, Stiff neck and so on) are listed and can be treated by massaging your ears. Once you selected the symptom, the corresponding massage points on your ears will be displayed in animation, the elapsed-time counter in the screen will help you to record the ear massage time.

In the end of the instructions there is a link to videos posted in Youtube, watching these videos will help you to understand ear massage deeply.
